Be creative and meet people in your community.
“Creating community wellbeing through creative activities and expressive arts”
Who are we?
and more importantly, what do we do?
We are a group of like-minded individuals from all walks of life, connected by a passion to explore our unique creativity and excited to encourage others to express themselves through a variety of musical, artistic and imaginative activities, and some more movement-orientated ones such as dance.
We believe that engaging in our creative natures allows for a more healthy and balanced life. This holistic approach to our mental and physical health results in increased well-being and a more confident sense of community, engaging with and supporting others around us.
We engage a series of facilitators to help realise this goal – our leaders of each session have backgrounds in a diverse range of the Arts with experience, skills and knowledge that serve to enable others to experiment and investigate new opportunities of self-expression.

Do you like to be creative?
At Heartspace we love it!
To paint, to sing, to craft, to dance or maybe just get your hands on some nice wet sticky clay? You’ll be amazed at what you end up with!
At Heartspace we do all of these things and the great thing about us is there’s no expectation for you to end up with a masterpiece – what you will end up with is something you have created, unique and satisfying.
It’s also a great place to come and meet people and have some fun, a good chat and a laugh…especially if you choose to attend one of our Laughter sessions!
